Our services and the information on this site may change. We may decline an enquiry, for example if it is outside our services or availability.

Nationally recognised qualifications and statements of attainment, including the NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate, are issued only by the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that delivers the training, and that RTO’s enrolment, assessment, refund and complaints policies apply. Our non-accredited programs don’t lead to a nationally recognised qualification.

Our on-site food safety audits help you prepare for, but don’t replace, an inspection by a food safety regulator or your local council. Any score in our audit report is not an official rating. Our services to RTOs support, but don’t replace, each RTO’s own responsibility to meet its regulatory obligations. We can’t guarantee the result of any inspection or regulatory audit.

Fee-free training, subsidies, employer incentives and payroll tax rebates are set by the relevant government program, not by us. Eligibility rules and amounts change, and we can’t guarantee that you or your staff will be eligible or that any payment will be made. Please ask us to confirm what applies before you enrol.

Visa information on this site is general only and is not immigration advice. Any immigration assistance connected with our services, such as advice on or preparation of a visa, nomination or sponsorship application, is given by a registered migration agent or an Australian legal practitioner. The Department of Home Affairs decides every application, so we can’t guarantee any outcome.
