This course outline can be delivered at your workplace during 4 to 8 hour workshops each month. It is interchangeable depending on your priorities or the modules can swapped with other modules relevant to your needs  

Session 1 - Teamwork (communication, team skills, team roles, cultural awareness, coaching others)

Session 2 – Customer service ( complaints, presentation, order of service, running a section)
