The team at Enhanced Business Solutions has collectively over 40 years experience in Hospitality, Retail, and Business. It was founded by Wayne Roby back in 2005 when a niche need was discovered for Hospitality training that was flexible, results focused, and workplace based.
On the back of this successful training Enhanced Business Solutions evolved to offer their clients a stable of proven tools, products, and services that are focused on increasing revenue, loyalty, and staff productivity
Wayne Roby himself has over 20 years experience in Hospitality & Retail industries, from kitchen hand to upper management. He has worked extensively overseas and in Australia, gathering ideas and concepts that have added to the success of EBS and its clients.
